ROAD CLOSURE AND DETOURS
Carman Road & Lydius Street Roundabout Update 
The Town of Guilderland has been notified by the Department of Transportation (DOT) that the Carmen Rd and Lydius St roundabout project will commence on Tuesday, September 6.
Starting at 9:00am on Tuesday, September 6, East Lydius St from Carman Rd to Evelyn Dr will be closed with detours in place, and will remain closed through Friday, September 16. A temporary signal at the intersection of Carman Rd and Lillian Rd will be installed during this closure. Here are the maps provided by DOT for the detours and East Lydius St closure.
DOT will schedule other closures and detours for this project. The Town will make every effort to make residents aware of road closures and detours via Nixle Alerts and the Town’s email notices.
