*UPDATE* #LASD Special Enforcement Bureau Responding to a Barricaded Suspect, 4500 Block of East Avenue E, #Lancaster

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) has concluded their tactical response regarding the barricaded suspect at the 4500 Block of East Avenue E, in the city of Lancaster.
 
The suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
 
The area was deemed safe and all neighborhood evacuees were allowed to return to their homes.
 
There is no additional information available at this time.

INCIDENT:  Barricaded Assault with a Deadly Weapon Suspect
 
DATE:  Thursday, September 1, 2022
 
TIME:  Approximately 1:05 a.m.
 
LOCATION:  4500 Block of East Avenue E, Lancaster 
 
SUSPECT:  Female Adult
 
UNIT:  Special Enforcement Bureau- Lieutenant David Auner
 
NARRATIVE:

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) personnel are responding to assist Lancaster Station regarding a barricaded suspect. The incident was reported Thursday, September 1, 2022 at approximately 1:05 a.m. near the 4500 Block of East Avenue E, in the city of Lancaster.  

SEB personnel will assume tactical command and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) will attempt to make contact with the suspect to bring this to a peaceful resolution.
