On September 6th School will be back in Session!!
We Need your help and cooperation:
1.) Slow Down and Drive Extra Cautiously!! Whether you’re on SR 22, Main Street, North Broadway or any roads in town, obey the speed limit, yield to pedestrians and come to complete stops.
2.) Phones Down ✆, Heads UP! Children will be walking to and from school or congregating at bus stops which are sometimes located around bends. Be extra vigilant.
3.) When School Bus Lights are flashing or their stop signs are activated, All Lanes of travel Must stop and allow students to safely enter and exit. Be cognizant that children may also need to cross the street and should do so in front of school busses.
4.) Stress the importance of these reminders to the inexperienced drivers operating your vehicles. Also talk to your young students on how to safely ride the bus and properly cross streets, again, with phones away and ear buds out.
