INCIDENT: PC 21810- Possession of Metal Knuckles and HS 11377(A) - Possession of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: North K Street and W Needles Highway, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Clayton Masden, 46-Years-Old, Resident of Bouse, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at approximately 12:39 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department contacted Clayton Masden during a traffic enforcement stop. During the investigation, Masden was found to be in possession of illegal metal knuckles and was in possession of a small amount of suspected methamphetamine.
Masden was consequently arrested for PC 21810 - Possession of Metal Knuckles and HS 11377(A) - Possession of a Controlled Substance. Masden was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
