INCIDENT: PC 288(a) - Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14-years-old
LOCATION: City of Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT(S): Sean Andrew Caro, 41-year-old male resident of Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Confidential Female Victims
SUMMARY: On Sunday, August 21, 2022, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department investigated reported sexual acts against minor children in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Detectives assumed the investigation and identified Rancho Cucamonga resident Sean Andrew Caro, as the person who sexually abused three minor children under 14-years-old.
On Wednesday, August 24, 2022, Caro was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for PC 288(a) – Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child under 14-years-old. He is being held in lieu of $250,000.00 bail.
Based on the investigation, Detectives believe there may be additional victims who Caro sexually abused.
