SUSPECT(S): Adam Lynch, 37-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at approximately 10:06 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department contacted Adam Lynch during a call for service.
During the investigation, Adam Lynch was found to be in violation of PC 368(D)(1) - Elder Abuse. Lynch was consequently arrested and transported the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Lynch remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
