* WIND: West to northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: In the 90s.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WHEATLAND COUNTY/SWEET GRASS COUNTY ... STILLWATER COUNTY ... GOLDEN VALLEY COUNTY/MUSSELSHELL COUNTY ... YELLOWSTONE COUNTY
