California faces worsening grid challenges Monday and Tuesday. Reduce electricity use from 4 to 10 p.m. 
California Independant System Operator (CAISO) calls for even greater reductions in electricity use during hours of 4 p.m to 10 p.m this Monday and Tuesday.
ISO urges to set thermostats to 78 degrees or higher, avoid using major appliances, and turn off all unnecessary lights.
