* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Northwest Carter, Northwest Cocke, Northwest Greene, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington TN. Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following areas, Lee, Russell, Scott VA, Washington VA and Wise.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
