The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Eastern Butler County in southwestern Ohio... Northeastern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio... Western Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Southeastern Montgomery County in west central Ohio...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 401 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Forest Park, Springboro, Sharonville, Monroe, Blue Ash, Loveland, Trenton, Franklin, Springdale, Reading, Montgomery, Wyoming and Bellbrook.
