* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey...and east central Pennsylvania...including the following counties...in northern New Jersey...Warren. In east central Pennsylvania...Lehigh and Northampton.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 700 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible through the remainder of the morning. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Alpha, West Easton, Tatamy, and Steuben. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 50 and 76. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
