* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern York County in Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 829 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Delta, Sunnyburn, Holtwood, Susquehanna Trails, Fawn Grove, Airville and Peach Bottom. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
