* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southern New Jersey...including the following counties...Atlantic and Cape May.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1026 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen with an additional 1 to 3 inches possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Atlantic City, Ocean City, Pleasantville, Hammonton, Ventnor City, Margate City, Buena, Egg Harbor City, Weymouth, Woodbine, and Sea Isle City. - This includes the following highways... Garden State Parkway between mile markers 0 and 27...and between mile markers 29 and 30...and between mile markers 32 and 48.
