1. Death Investigation (1312) Pershing Avenue and the Calaveras River, Civic District
Officers were called to the area on a report of a body in the water. A deceased male was recovered from the river and a submerged vehicle was found nearby. Investigators responded to continue the investigation.
 
2. Resisting Arrest (1405) 3200 Block of West Hammer Lane, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the report of a disturbance involving the suspect. Officers contacted the suspect, who refused to comply and was forced to the ground. The suspect resisted requiring officers to deploy a baton and taser to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Jontue Anderson, 39, for identity theft and resisting arrest.                                                              
3. Resisting Arrest (1621) 1700 Block of West Hammer Lane, Bear Creek District
The male victim, 26, was parked in the area when the suspect threw a rock at his vehicle, causing damage. Officers contacted the suspect, who refused to comply and was restrained. ARRESTED: Lisa Parrish, 38, for vandalism and resisting arrest.
                                               
4. Person Shot (1650) Stanislaus Street and Hazelton Avenue, Seaport District
The male victim, 31, and the suspect were in the listed area together when the suspect brandished a firearm. The suspect discharged the firearm, striking the victim. The victim self-transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
 
5. Shooting into a Dwelling (0300) 9500 Block of Hickock Drive, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 41, and five juveniles were inside the listed location when it was struck by gunfire. No injuries were reported and there is no suspect information.
