Please be advised that the intersection of Perrineville Rd. and Schoolhouse Rd. will remain closed until further notice due to downed power lines. JCP&L & Verizon are on scene in order to address the issue and make the road passable. Perrineville Rd. remains closed to thru traffic between Forsgate Dr. and Prospect Plains Rd. and Schoolhouse Rd. remains closed to thru traffic between Buckelew Ave. and Perrineville Rd.

High School and Middle School traffic:

- Monroe Twp. High School can ONLY be accessed from the Buckelew Ave. side of Schoolhouse Rd.

- Monroe Twp. Middle School can ONLY be accessed from the Prospect Plains Rd. side of Perrineville Rd.

The Monroe Twp. Municipal Building, Police Department, Library and the Post Office can be accessed from the Prospect Plains Rd. side of Perrineville Rd.

Please follow posted detour signs and avoid the area if possible.
