Red Flag Warning until 10:00PM Thursday 
The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 9 PM PDT this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 438, 469, and 470.
* WIND...West winds becoming northwest 20-30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* HUMIDITY...RH values of 10-20 percent
* IMPACTS...any current fires or those that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN ELKO COUNTY, NORTHERN EUREKA AND LANDER COUNTIES NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80 ... CENTRAL ELKO COUNTY ... EASTERN ELKO COUNTY
