2022 Arts in the Park Traffic Advisory
This is an advisory message from the Highland Park Police Department.
On Sunday, September 11th, the annual Highland Park Arts in the Park festival will take place. Raritan Avenue will be closed to traffic from 2nd through 5th Avenues from approximately 8:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Expect heavy traffic and possible delays due to detours which will direct traffic to alternate routes.
There will be temporary parking restrictions on the roads listed below from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Please move your vehicles from these areas to avoid having your vehicles towed. The following roads will have parking restrictions:
- Raritan Avenue between 2nd and 5th
- Magnolia Street between S. 2nd Avenue and S. 5th Avenue
- S. 2nd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
- S. 3rd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
- S. 4th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
- S. 5th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
- Denison Street between N. 2nd Avenue and N. 5th Avenue
- N. 2nd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
- N. 3rd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
- N. 4th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
- N. 5th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
