This is an advisory message from the Highland Park Police Department.

On Sunday, September 11^th, the annual Highland Park Arts in the Park festival will take place. Raritan Avenue will be closed to traffic from 2^nd through 5^th Avenues from approximately 8:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Expect heavy traffic and possible delays due to detours which will direct traffic to alternate routes.

There will be temporary parking restrictions on the roads listed below from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Please move your vehicles from these areas to avoid having your vehicles towed. The following roads will have parking restrictions:

• Raritan Avenue between 2nd and 5th 
• Magnolia Street between S. 2nd Avenue and S. 5th Avenue
• S. 2nd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
• S. 3rd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
• S. 4th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
• S. 5th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Magnolia Street
• Denison Street between N. 2nd Avenue and N. 5th Avenue
• N. 2nd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
• N. 3rd Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
• N. 4th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
• N. 5th Avenue between Raritan Avenue and Denison Street
