POWER OUTAGE 
Due to a blown transformer, the power is out in parts of El Segundo. As a result, numerous traffic control lights are not operational. Maintenance crews are enroute to repair the transformers. Please use caution and avoid the area of Main Street, between Grand Avenue and Palm Avenue.
