Water Main Break on East H Street, Chula Vista from Hilltop to I-805 
Sweet Water Authority is conducting emergency repairs to a water main located in the #2 lane of Eastbound H Street in Chula Vista. Traffic control devices have reduced East and West traffic lanes to one in each direction, from Hilltop Drive to the I-805 off ramp.
Estimated time for completion of repairs is 8 p.m. Please use an alternate route if possible. Thank you for your understanding.
