Water main replacement on Norfolk Street, between Scarborough and Bayard, will begin Monday, September 12. (As always, work is weather dependent.) Norfolk Street will be closed to through traffic, but accessible to residents; signage and flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic flow. On-street parking will be restricted during working hours, 8 am-5 pm weekdays.

Door hanger notices will be posted 48 hours in advance of any scheduled water outages.

When the water main replacement is complete, the city's contractor will resurface that block of Norfolk as well as Scarborough Avenue between Lake Drive and Hickman Street.
