* WHERE...A portion of southeast California, including the following county, Imperial.
* WHEN...Until 1230 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 335 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated stream gauges indicated elevated flows in the New River and its tributary streams. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in both Mexico and in Imperial County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... El Centro, Calexico, Brawley, Plaster City, Ocotillo, Westmorland, El Centro Naval Airfield, Mt.
