* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is still possible due to the excessive rainfall earlier in the day.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 712 PM PDT, flooding was still possible due to the excessive rainfall and runoff from earlier in the day. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... El Centro, Calexico, Brawley, Plaster City, Ocotillo, Westmorland, El Centro Naval Airfield, Mt.
