The flood advisory issued by the National Weather Service for the Valdez area expired on 9-9-2022 at 4pm. While waters are slowly receding, please remain vigilant around swollen rivers and streams. The city of Valdez is continuing to monitor the situation. If conditions change additional information will follow.
