Flood Advisory until 09:30PM Saturday 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following county, Saint Louis.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 728 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen in 15-30 minutes with heavy rainfall remaining nearly stationary. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, Maryland Heights, Ferguson, Creve Coeur, Overland, Jennings, St. Ann, Bridgeton, Bellefontaine Neighbors, Berkeley, Olivette, St. John, Dellwood, Normandy, Northwoods, Woodson Terrace, Riverview, Bel-Ridge, Hillsdale and Cool Valley.
