Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Ruben David Moncayo. He is a 73-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m., on the 2000 block of East Rockway Drive in the city of West Covina.
Ruben is 5’9” tall, 168 lbs., with brown eyes, gray hair and wears a mustache. He has a tattoo of “SUR” on his chest, and an anchor tattoo on his left arm. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and blue “Nike” shoes.
Mr. Moncayo is known to drive a 2016 white Chevy Malibu, NV LIC# HRT05678. Mr. Moncayo’s possible destination is the 5900 block of East Seventh Street in Long Beach.
Mr. Moncayo’s family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
