* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania...including the following counties...Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 217 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Nazareth, Bath, Belfast, and West Easton. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 57 and 76. Northeast Extension between mile markers 48 and 49. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
