In the aftermath of this morning's storm, power remains out in some parts of the city. Delmarva expects to restore power by about mid-day. The second block of Hickman is closed due to a downed tree and power line.

The city will begin picking up tree and yard debris today. Residents should collect smaller yard debris in brown paper bags or the brown container provided by the city. Limbs and other debris may be placed at the curb for pick up; if possible, please cut and bundle limbs; limbs should be no longer than 4-feet in length.
