OWI 9th Arrest

On 09-12-22 at 6:41pm, a Janesville Police Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.  The driver of the vehicle Carl McAdory displayed signs of intoxication.  McAdory completed standardized field sobriety testing and was arrested for operating while intoxicated.  McAdory showed 8 prior convictions for operating while intoxicated  and is on probation/parole.  McAdory was held at the Rock County Jail pending a court appearance and probation violation.
