The female victim, 27, was in the listed area when the known suspect arrived and began arguing with her. When officers arrived, the suspect fled on foot but was detained. Officers located a loaded firearm the suspect discarded when he fled. ARRESTED: Johnathan Wiseman Jr, 28, for weapon charges, resisting arrest, terrorist threats, and violating a restraining order.
