INCIDENT: Felony Warrant / Felon In Possession of Firearm / Felon In Possession of an Assault Weapon
LOCATION: 4900 Block of Faith Lane, Yucca Valley
SUSPECT(S): Raymond Lindley, 47-year-old resident of Twentynine Palms
Jaymie William Kime, 46-year-old resident of Yucca Valley
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Morongo Basin Station deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call in the 4900 block of Faith Lane. During the 9-1-1 call, sounds of distress were heard in the background.
Deputies arrived and made contact with the home occupants. While continuing to investigate, Raymond Lindley and Jaymie Kime attempted to flee from the location. Lindley was found to have an active Felony warrant for Grand Theft, and Kime was a convicted felon in possession of multiple firearms, including an assault weapon. Drug paraphernalia and ammunition was also located.
Lindley was arrested and booked for his felony warrant, PC 496 Grand Theft and bail was set at $250,000. Kime was arrested and booked for PC 29800(a) Felon in Possession of Firearms and PC 30605(a) Possession of an Assault Weapon and bail was set at $50,000.
