SUSPECT(S): Unknown, White/Hispanic Male Adult, approximatey 20-30-years-old
VICTIM(S): Needles High School, Needles, CA

SUMMARY: On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at approximately 2:00 a.m., an unknown male was captured on video taking a water cart, belonging to the Needles High School football team, off campus.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black hat, orange vest w/ no shirt, blue jeans, a white belt, and white shoes. He possibly has a tattoo on his left forearm.
