1:24PM: Officer Pacheco responded to a report of a battery and a theft that had just occurred in the 200 block of Newpark Mall Rd. Upon arrival, Officer Pacheco made contact and arrested an 18 year old male out of Newark for battery and theft. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
7:15 PM: Officer Soto investigated a burglary to a vehicle in the 39000 block of Cedar Boulevard. No loss at this time.

3:33 AM: Officer Soto initiated a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Manzanita Street and Woodruff Drive. Officer Soto made contact and arrested a 59-year old male out of Oakland for possession of controlled substances, driving with a suspended license, and having false vehicle registration. He was cited and released on scene.

3:58 AM: Officer Riddles was conducting a security check in the 5000 block of Thornton Ave and located an occupied stolen vehicle. Officers initiated a high-risk stop. Officers made contact and arrested a 63-year old male out of Oakland without incident for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and two outstanding felony warrants. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
3:58 AM: Officers made contact and arrested a 47-year old male out of Oakland for possession of controlled substances. He was cited and released on scene.
12:00 PM: While conducted a security check of the area, Officers discovered an attempted burglary to a vehicle that had occurred in the 39000 block of Balentine Dr. No loss at this time.
1:54 PM: Officer Pacheco investigated a vandalism to a vehicle in the 5000 block of Civic Terrace. No loss at this time.
2:21 PM: Officer Jackman investigated vandalism to a building in the 5000 block Jarvis Avenue.
6:42 PM: Officer Riddles responded to the 35000 block of Cedar Boulevard on a report of a subject exposing herself. Upon arrival, Officer Riddles made contact and arrested a 23-year old female out of Newark for being too inebriated to care for herself or others and probation violation. She was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

9:56 AM: Officer Jackman investigated vandalism in the 6000 block of Cedar Boulevard.
11:13 PM: Officers responded a report of an assault in the 37000 block of Sycamore Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered a subject was suffering from a non-life threatening stab wound. The suspect fled prior to officer arrival. Later in the evening, officers made contact and arrested a 33-year old male out of Stockton for assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm). He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

4:18 AM: Officers responded to an initial report of a possible in-progress catalytic converter theft in the 7000 block of Jarvis Avenue. During the investigation, officers discovered the unknown suspects had pried upon the back door of a business. The investigation revealed the subjects stole unknown amount of cash and fled prior to officer arrival. Total loss was cash.

12:20 AM: Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery in the 7000 block of Wells Avenue. The suspect fled prior to officer arrival. Total loss was a phone and a vape. Investigation is still ongoing.
7:24 PM: Officer Swadener initiated a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Newark Boulevard and Cedar Boulevard. Officer Swadener made contact and arrested a 52 year old male out of Newark for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released on scene.
10:02 PM: Officer Swadener responded to a report of a subject causing a disturbance 7000 block of Gateway Boulevard. Upon arrival, Officer Swadener made contact and arrested a 61 year old male for an outstanding warrant. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.

5:30 PM: Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a high-risk enforcement stop in the 5000 block of Cedar Court. Officers made contact and arrested a 33-year old male out of Fremont for possession of a stolen vehicle, an outstanding warrant, possession of controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at Fremont Jail.

12:05 AM: Officer Riddles was checking a vehicle in the 5000 block of Thornton Avenue. Officer Riddles made contact and arrested a 27 year old male out of Newark for outstanding warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.
11:42 AM: Officer Jackman investigated a cold robbery that occurred in the 35000 block of Newark Boulevard. Loss was a purse. Investigation is still ongoing.

8:16 PM: Officers responded to a report of a large gathering of vehicles in the 6000 block of Jarvis Ave. One of the vehicles began driving recklessly through the parking lot. Officers made contact and arrested a 19-year old male out of San Jose for reckless driving. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail. The vehicle was impounded.

2:09 AM: Officers responded to a disturbance between two subjects in the area of Sycamore Street and Central Avenue. Upon arrival, Officers made contact and arrested a 51 year old female out of Newark for DUI. She was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
