On Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, at approximately 00:00 am, an officer with the Petaluma Police Department was on routine patrol when he noticed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed. Further evidence was located in the vehicle suggesting Moore possessed the substance for the purpose of illegal sales.
