Earlier this morning, the Grosse Pointe Farms Department of Public Safety arrested an individual for a home invasion; the subject was observed in an attached garage. The arrest was made on GP Blvd near Newberry, close to the victim's address. GPF and other nearby cities have been targeted lately with theft from autos and garage break-ins. Today's arrested subject had a variety of items in his possession. Please see the attached photo. Residents of Newberry and surrounding streets are asked to check any home surveillance equipment (doorbell cams/property cameras) to see if this subject entered their property.
