Watch Commander's Day Report - September 21, 2022 
1. Homicide (0427) 4400 Block of Manchester Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a person shot and located the male victim, 52. The victim succumbed to his injuries. Detectives responded to assume the investigation.
2. Resisting Arrest (1012) Channel Street and Hunter Street, Civic District
Officers were in the area when they were made aware of a disturbance. The suspect was not compliant and was forced to the ground. ARRESTED: Daniel Juarez, 19, for resisting arrest.
