Officers have closed S Main Street from Mechanic Street to Wall Street after construction crews in the area located a potential antique explosive device inside a building. The KCPD Bomb and Arson Squad has been notified and are on their way. Businesses in the area have been evacuated. Please avoid the area. We will update this post with more information when it becomes available.
