On 09/08, a Vehicle Burglary occurred in the parking lot of the YMCA, in the City of Westlake Village. A witness reported a male hispanic/male white adult, parked the pictured vehicle, next to the victim’s vehicle. When the suspect exited his vehicle, he wrapped a towel around his hand and punched the victim’s driver side window. The window shattered and the suspect reached across the driver seat, to grab a purse located on the passenger seat. The witness reported there were no license plates on the vehicle.
