Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Assault Suspect
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help with identifying the below-pictured suspect in connection with the assault of a female juvenile victim today, September 22, 2022.
Police responded to a call about an assault that occurred at approximately 8 a.m. at North 11th Street and North 6th Street. The victim was at that intersection when the suspect grabbed her, causing both of them to fall to the ground. After a brief struggle, the suspect walked away east on W. Market Street.
