Wilmington Police charge man in connection with September 15 robbery: 
A Wilmington Police investigation has resulted in an arrest in connection with a September 15 robbery.
On September 15 at approximately 10:40 a.m., police responded to the 100 block of West 9th Street for a robbery that had occurred. The case was assigned to Detective John O’Connor of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, Detective O’Connor identified 39-year-old Calvin Ushery as a suspect. An arrest warrant was secured for the suspect who was taken into custody without incident on September 22.
Ushery was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
- Robbery 1st Degree
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Criminal Mischief Under $5,000
