There have been numerous social media post regarding “pop-up rallies” in Middle Township at various locations (Shoprite, Lowes, Planet Fitness, Home Depot ect).  These unsanctioned assemblies in our jurisdiction will not be tolerated. 

Middle Township Police is strictly enforcing all motor vehicle statutes and criminal violations at these rallies.  Our Officers as well as Officers from other jurisdictions are actively patrolling areas within our Township where these “pop-up rallies” may take place.   The Middle Township Major Crimes Division will be reviewing social media and video to investigate any criminal or motor vehicle violations to include last nights “pop-up rally” at Lowes.
