1. Weapons Arrest (1530) Hammer Lane and Kelley Drive, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a traffic stop, and a vehicle search revealed a firearm. The driver was arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Aaron Vasquez, 23, for weapon charges and a parole violation.  
 
2. Train vs. Pedestrian (1740) Market Street and Union Pacific Railroad, Civic District
Officers responded to a train vs. pedestrian call at the listed location. The male pedestrian, 61, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
 
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2100) 4500 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 35, was in the listed area when the suspects approached him and asked for money. When the victim attempted to drive away, he was struck by an unknown object. The victim drove across the street, and the suspects followed him and assaulted him again. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and he declined medical. SUSPECTS: Three Black male adults.
 
4. Robbery (0015) 100 Block of West Fremont Street, Civic District
The male victim, 68, was in the listed area when the suspects approached him. The suspects attempted to take the victim’s property out of his hand, and then they demanded his property. The victim complied, and they assaulted him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. 
 
5. Traffic Fatality (0035) West Hammer Lane and Kelley Drive, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to a report of a solo vehicle collision at the listed area. The occupants of the vehicle were transported to a local hospital, where one of the occupants succumbed to his injuries. Traffic responded for the investigation.
