1. Resisting Arrest (0935) Miner Avenue and California Street, Civic District
Officers attempted to detain a suspect being combative with other subjects in the area. The suspect would not comply with commands and fled from officers. After a short struggle, the suspect fell to the ground and was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Christopher Bailey, 49, for resisting arrest.
 
2. Resisting Arrest (1135) 5400 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers responded to a business in the listed area on the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the suspect, who refused to leave the premises after assaulting an employee of a business. The suspect attempted to pull away from officers, and control holds were utilized to take him into custody. ARRESTED: John Sutherland, 33, for battery, trespassing, and resisting arrest.
 
3. Pursuit Arrest (1310) Center Street and Clay Street, Seaport District
Officers attempted to stop a motorcycle in the area for traffic violations. The rider failed to yield, and a two-minute / two-mile pursuit ensued with speeds reaching 60 miles per hour. The driver attempted to enter the Mormon Slough and fell off his motorcycle, officers took him into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Justin Molina, 46, for auto theft, evading, possession of stolen property, and traffic charges.
