Milling continues on Intervale Road Monday, October 3rd, in preparation for paving which is now anticipated to begin on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, October 4th, the southbound lane (Mountain Lakes side) will be resurfaced starting at approximately 7 am until approximately 6 pm.  Resurfacing is scheduled to start on Intervale Road nearest Lakeview Ave (Parsippany) and work toward Sherwood Dr / Route 46.  

On Wed, October 5th, the northbound lane (Parsippany side) will be resurfaced starting at approximately 7 am until approximately 6 pm. Resurfacing is scheduled to start on Intervale Road nearest Route 46 and work toward Lakeview Ave (Parsippany).
 

During this time, access to driveways and in some cases, no outlet streets, will be limited.  The crews have been made aware and will work with residents as needed for any emergencies that arise requiring residents to come and go.  For all other vehicle traffic, please try and avoid the area if possible.  Expect heavy delays.  Officers will be on scene and available to assist.
