Fairfield Police Detectives Arrest 16-year-old in September 27 Shooting 
Fairfield Police detectives have arrested a 16-year-old male for a shooting that happened Tuesday morning, 27 September, just after midnight. The shooting took place in the 800 block of East Tabor Ave, and the victim is a 33-year-old Fairfield resident. The victim was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries, where he currently remains.
The 16-year-old minor was booked into juvenile hall for attempted murder. Please note we will not be releasing any additional information due to his age.
This arrest was a result of solid investigative work and collaboration between the Fairfield Police Major Crimes Division, Special Operations Team, and Youth Services Unit.
