UPDATE - Barkley was just located by firefighters from the AFD on the Route 85 ramp near Brevator Street. He is in good health and will be returned safely to his residence.

Albany police are attempting to locate Jasper Barkley who was last seen Saturday around 2:45 p.m. riding a gray scooter with red handle bars in the area of Quail Street and New Scotland Avenue.
Barkley is described a white male, 4’6”, 100lbs with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray sweatpants with basketballs on them and white sneakers.
