Update on Tropical Storm Ian Remnants

Here is a quick update on the system that is continuing to impact our area. Key changes are as follows from the National Weather Service:

1) The Coastal Flood Advisory for today has been upgraded to a Coastal Flood Warning along the NJ coast from Ocean County southward.

2) Additional rain amounts for today through Tuesday night are now forecast to be 1-2 inches near the I-95 corridor with 2-3 inches generally expected along the coast. It's even possible some places in far southern NJ and southern DE could see another 4 inches of rain over this period. This may result in some nuisance, and poor drainage type flooding and may also exacerbate coastal flooding impacts.

3) For Marine interests, the Gale Warning has been upgraded to a Storm Warning for our southern 3 coastal zones off the coast of southern NJ south through the waters off southern Delaware.

Please watch out for local conditions throughout Corbin City including localized flooding and debris in the roadway.

Thank you,
Corbin City OEM
