Residential Burglaries 
On Sunday, October 2, 2022, the Simi Valley Police Department responded to five residences in the Montaire Estates (Flanagan Dr / Indian Terrace Dr). Three homeowners reported that two unknown male suspects trespassed into their backyards and attempted to break into their houses, but were unsuccessful. Two other homeowners reported the suspects successfully entered and stole items from their houses. All five incidents occurred in the early morning hours around 3:00 AM.
The first suspect is a male wearing all black clothing, a red baseball cap, and a dark neck gaiter/face mask. The second suspect is a male wearing black pants, green sweatshirt, red baseball cap, and white neck gaiter/face mask.
