Self report structure damage

To help us identify the areas of our community most impacted by Hurricane Ian, residents are being asked to self-report structure damage to buildings of all types. This includes structures such as single and multi-family dwellings, businesses, churches, schools, hospitals, etc. To make a report, visit https://bit.ly/IanDamage.
The information from this short three-question survey will help the City get a more accurate understanding of the location, scope, and scale of damages within the North Port community and will be used for planning purposes as the community transitions from response to recovery.
In addition to this survey, stay tuned for upcoming in-person damage assessments focusing in on more precise information about damages.
