The 14-year-old male victim was in the area when the suspect approached. The suspect punched the victim and stole his property. SUSPECT: Hispanic male.
2. Resisting Arrest (0110) South Aurora Street and East Market Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a collision involving a vehicle vs a pole. The driver was found to be under the influence and officers attempted to detain her. The suspect resisted and had to be restrained. The suspect also attempted to bite an officer and scratched him. ARRESTED: Iris Martinez Cruz, 25, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence.
