The Novato Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 85-year-old Richard Joseph Ebert, who walked away from his residence around 1 PM this afternoon. Ebert suffers from Dementia and was last seen walking on Eucalyptus Avenue toward Novato Boulevard. Ebert was wearing a grey sweatshirt and grey pants. He is approximately 5'08, medium build, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
